We guarantee that ALL merchandise, memorabilia and model cars are carefully checked prior to shipping to ensure the product is 100%.
All the items ordered will be carefully packed in original packaging.
All delivery charges are flat rate for domestic or international deliveries. The shipping method and cost summary are shown during the check-out procedure. For all domestic deliveries to physical addresses, we use Startrack Express, which is $13.20 flat rate express service. If posting to either Parcel Lockers or PO Boxes is the only option, this is possible however an additional $10 flat rate charge applies. If you spend over $99.95, domestic shipping is free. All deliveries are assigned their own tracking number which we advise you of via email once processed and shipped. For bulk orders, there may be extra delivery charges calculated based on the total weight (volumetric or actual – whichever is greater) of the items ordered.
All international shipments are sent via UPS or StarTrack, both of which are flat rate $35.00 express service. Please note that it is the customer responsibility for all taxes and duty charges that may incurred for international purchases with their country. We are not responsible for these charges. All deliveries are assigned their own tracking number which we will advise you of via email once processed and shipped. We also track your packages to ensure they are delivered.

Shipping Duration & Special Items
Currently we guarantee 3-5 working days delivery to your door for items we have in stock in our warehouse. For items that require ordering or items that require manufacturing (such as Stomp Art) the delivery time can be as long as 10 working days.

Returns & Exchanges
We do accept returns on genuine faulty items. We require notification via phone or email within 3 days of receipt of your order (and yes, we can track all of our deliveries). Please make contact so we can advise on you how the matter can be rectified. Returns forms are provided in the package you have received and once a remedy has been discussed, items should be completed, faulty items carefully repackaged and posted to Motorsport Distributors Group at the following location: Motorsport Distributors Group PO Box 5113 Heidelberg West VIC 3081
We accept exchanges also, when notified within 14 days of receipt of goods (and yes we track all of our deliveries). Exchanges will only be accepted on goods that still have all original tags are attached and in original packaging. Please make contact with us via phone or email to discuss the exchange you wish to carry out. Where required, fill out the returns/exchanges form provided, items should be carefully repacked and posted to Motorsport Distributors Group at the following location: Motorsport Distributors Group PO Box 5113 Heidelberg West VIC 3081. Please note: postage on exchanged goods is at customer expense.
